Description

As the Electrical Team Leader you will be tasked with the following;

• Lead the electrical team within the engineering and manufacturing department.
• Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to by team members.
• Scheduling in Engineering works via the companies CMMS
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage team performance.
• Report on team performance and progress to upper management.

Profile

A successful Electrical Team Leader should have:

• A minimum of a HNC/ONC/HND/NVQ in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader in an FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
