We are currently partnering with a manufacturing business in Dorset, who deliver an exceptionally high standard of product to a wide variety of sectors. Our client, who are Poole based are now looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to head a small team of engineers to ensure that processes and techniques achieve the highest standards.
As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for actively supporting the day-to-day delivery of work, first-line resolution of problems and mentoring the team to ensure that delivery requirements are met.
Key responsibilities as a Electrical Team Leader:

• Lead a team of manufacturing operatives and ensuring efficient and resilient production flow.
• Support and mentor a team of manufacturing operatives, encouraging and coaching, leading from the front
• Strive for continuous improvement and work with all relevant lean manufacturing techniques and processes
• Work to improve department/ cell KPI's

The right person as a Electrical Team Leader:

• Experienced in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Have experience of managing a small manufacturing team or looking to take the next step to lead a team
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing
