You will lead the electrical maintenance team, working closely with maintenance and production to manage breakdowns, planned work, and energy-saving initiatives. Your focus will be on improving safety, reliability, and efficiency across the department.

This role suits a hands-on Electrical Engineer with leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The Role

• Oversee the electrical maintenance team, diagnose breakdowns, carry out repairs, and improve equipment performance
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
• Salary £50,000 - £52,000 plus on-call bonus, annual bonus, overtime at 1.5 times weekdays and double time Sundays
• Standby rota 1 in 3 weeks with a weekly standby payment of £350

The Person

• Electrical Engineer from a manufacturing or process industries background
• Leadership experience
