This role is crucial in supporting STEM education by assisting lecturers, maintaining workshop environments, and ensuring a smooth learning journey for students. • Assist lecturers with the preparation of lessons, ensuring all materials and tools are ready for class.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of tools, materials, and the workshop.
• Support learners of various levels, helping them understand technical concepts and applications.
• Implement and monitor health and safety measures within the workshop, ensuring compliance with college policies.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support during practical sessions.

• A qualification in Construction or Engineering, or a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in a relevant field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and inspire learners and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency in IT to efficiently support educational activities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to the latest industry standards in STEM education.
