Electrical Technician (Aerospace)

£31,000 + Generous Annual Leave + Salary Exchange Pension Scheme + Life Assurance + Pay and Role Progression + Extensive Training + Monday to Friday + Employee Cash Plan

Are you a Electrical Technician or similar from the aviation industry, looking to secure a new role that will provide excellent training and progression opportunities?

This company operate over 11 different workshops providing maintenance, repair and overhaul solutions to a wide range of aircraft components from a variety of clients, including business and corporate jet components from their sister company. With a close knit team that holds themselves to the highest standards they are an industry leading company with true market dominance.

This role will see the successful individual carry out the maintenance, repair and overhaul of various electrical aviation components. Working within the specialised team, you will utilise manufacturer manuals and instructions and the knowledge of your peers to complete a variety of tasks within strict customer deadlines.

The Role:

  • Test, repair and overhaul various electrical aviation components with original manufacturer's manuals and instructions
  • Ensure quality standards and procedures are observed and maintained
  • Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to allow the purchasing and commercial departments to make accurate estimates
  • Undertake risk assessments to ensure safety requirements are met
  • Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

The Person:

  • An electrical background, preferably within aviation
