Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer

The client has long term maintenance contracts with leading Commercial and Retail clients. They are looking to looking to add a Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer to the Bristol Team.

This position comes with a company vehicle (private use too), fuel card, testing equipment with laptop/PDA, uniform, bonus incentives, and on call rate.

Hours: 40 per week (weekend and overtime available)

Salary: £38k with average earnings after overtime £50k

Daily Duties –

Carrying out Inspecting & Testing on customer’s electrical installations (EICR’s) including Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.

Completing all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection & testing our cloud-based certification software.

Ensuring all reports and certification are completed and summited on time.

Candidate Requirements –

18th Edition qualification

City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical discipline

Full UK Driving Licence
