Electrical Tester - Slough

A leading electrical and instrumentation engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join its team on a mission-critical project in Slough.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out electrical testing and inspection on industrial installations.

* Complete testing documentation accurately and to a high standard.

* Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and project specifications.

* Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience in electrical testing, ideally within pharmaceutical, data centre, or other highly regulated industrial environments.

* Strong understanding of electrical testing procedures and certification.

* Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Qualifications

* 3–5 years' LV experience in an industrial environment.

* QC Testing Number.

* Formal electrical trade qualification (certification required).

* Fully qualified Electrician with current Safe Electric (RECI) certification or equivalent.

* Verification & Certification (QC) Licence from a recognised British or Irish training authority.

Desirable Skills & Experience

* Medium Voltage (MV) experience.

* Experience working on large-scale pharmaceutical or data centre projects.

* Additional electrical testing experience.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Willingness to travel when required.

* IPAF MEWP Licence.
