In this role, you will be provided with full teacher training, including both internal support and a formal teaching qualification. As a hybrid position, you will split your time between delivering practical and theoretical training sessions to apprentices at the college, and visiting apprentices in the workplace to carry out on-site assessments. However, if you would prefer to focus more on classroom delivery or field-based visits, the College can tailor the role to suit you.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical installation and must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. No previous teaching or training experience is required, as full training will be provided.
