This well-established, employee-owned company has a long history in the engineering industry and a strong reputation, working alongside large companies and providing specialist training across the UK and overseas.

In this role, you will deliver short training courses to small groups of engineers, primarily within the local area but also occasionally across the UK. This will vary from 1-day courses to 10-day courses. You will also be responsible for designing new training courses and play an important part in shaping the company's training systems.

The ideal candidate for this position will have Electrical or Electronics experience in an Industrial environment and possess excellent technical knowledge. Previous training experience is not required; this role is ideal for someone who wants to make a career change and take on a new challenge.

The Role:

• Delivering training to adult learners
• Delivering short courses to small groups of engineers
• Occasional travel involved - stayaway once every 4 weeks (company van/mileage allowance provided)
• Designing brand new training courses

The Person:

• Electrical/Electronics knowledge & experience
• Worked in industrial environments
• Relevant vocational qualifications
• No previous teaching experience required
