A leading further education college is expanding its Electrical department to meet growing demand and launch new courses - including battery installation, the 19th Edition, and a new commercial training arm. They're looking for a motivated and ambitious Electrical professional to join the team and help transform students' lives.

In this role, you'll split your time between modern, well-equipped workshops and classrooms - delivering both practical and theory training to learners working toward Level 3 qualifications in Electrical Installation. You'll plan and deliver lessons, track learner progress and play an active role in supporting students' success.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and have industry experience in either domestic or commercial work. You don't need prior teaching experience - just the technical expertise, communication skills, and desire to help others thrive. Full teacher training, assessor qualifications, and continuous CPD are provided.

The Role:

• Deliver classroom and workshop training in Electrical Installation
• Teach and support learners working toward Level 3 qualifications
• Plan lessons, track progress, set and mark assignments
• Play an active role in student engagement, including liaising with parents and learners
• Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours/week - on-site

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
• Industry experience - domestic and/or commercial
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• No teaching experience required - full training provided
