You will be joining one of the UK's leading technical education providers. With increasing demand for skilled tradespeople and ongoing investment in apprenticeships and facilities, the organisation is growing its team - and is now looking for a passionate Electrical professional to join as an Electrical Trainer.

In this role, you'll be based in modern, well-equipped workshops and classrooms, delivering both hands-on practical training and classroom-based theory sessions to apprentices working toward Level 3 qualifications in Electrical Installation.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 qualification. You don't need to have taught before - just the experience, people skills, and desire to help others succeed. Full teacher training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role:

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Electrical Installation
• Teach and support apprentices working toward Level 3 qualifications
• Help develop lesson plans, workshop tasks, and training materials
• Monday to Friday - 37 hours/week

The Person:

• Background in Electrical Installation
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or equivalent
• Confident communicator who enjoys coaching and mentoring
• No teaching experience required - full training provided
