Key Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and the trade counter

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers

Providing accurate product information and technical support

Preparing quotations and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner

Collaborating with the external sales team to maximise business opportunities

Staying current with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:

Previous experience in internal sales within the electrical wholesale sector is essential

Strong product knowledge and a clear understanding of customer needs

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships

Organised, driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service

Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software is beneficial
