Job Title: Internal Sales (Electrical Wholesale Experience Required)

Salary: £26,000– £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Stafford

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales professional to join our client’s growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and enjoys building strong relationships with a variety of trade and retail customers.
You’ll be responsible for handling everything from technical enquiries to processing sales orders, and playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the sales team.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately process customer orders and quotations
• Offer technical advice and support on a wide range of electrical products
• Manage trade counter sales and telephone orders
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and support the external sales team

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is beneficial, however if you have technical or trade experience that would be great.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to provide technical advice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in handling customer queries and processing orders
• A proactive team player who can also work independently
