Our Client has a requirement for an Electrical Works Controller, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Cumbria.

Role Purpose:

Coordinate and oversee electrical construction activities within a highly regulated environment.
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with site procedures.
Support the successful delivery of engineering and construction projects.
Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Job Role Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate complex construction and engineering activities.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with site procedures, safety requirements, and project objectives.
Liaise with operational teams and contractors to facilitate safe execution of works.
Support planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout all works.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience within a highly regulated industry environment.
Demonstrable technical knowledge within a relevant construction or engineering discipline.
Proven experience delivering, supervising, and coordinating complex construction activities.
Strong understanding of safety culture, regulatory compliance, and CDM requirements.
Previous experience within nuclear, defence, or other high-hazard industries.
Security clearance preferred.
P4 / P1 holder preferred.
Access to relevant site systems, procedures, and working practices advantageous.
Immediate availability desirable.
Local to site desirable.
