This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) , including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.
The salary for this role is £54,376(inclusive of a Specialist Allowance-£6,000). Onsite working is expected, however, we actively support requests for flexible working.
This role is based at Culham, Oxfordshire.
The Role
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Join our team and contribute to the future of fusion energy. As the Electrical Workshop Manager you will manage a team of electrical technicians to ensure the delivery of equipment through the Electrical Workshop and other assembly and manufacturing areas, to support projects across RACE. You will provide technical leadership to the technicians, and support with electrical manufacturing and installation, along with acting as an Area Supervisor.
