Are you an Electrical/Mechanical Fitter looking for a stable and varied role within a well-established and continuously growing engineering company offering overtime to increase your overall earnings, alongside a varied workload with weekly site visits?

With over 100 years of industry expertise, this well-established business specialises in electric motor rewinds and mechanical overhauls, supporting customers across the manufacturing industry. Known for its quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service, the company is looking to expand its friendly engineering team.

In this days-based role, you will strip, fault-find, repair, and rebuild a range of equipment including electric motors, generators, pumps, and gearboxes. You will liaise with the Workshop Coordinator to source parts and, on average, travel to customer sites once a week as part of a small team to remove and reinstall equipment. The role also includes a one-in-seven-week call-out rota, providing additional overtime opportunities.

This role would suit an Electrical/Mechanical Fitter or similar looking for a stable position with a varied workload within a well-established family-run business offering in-house training and plenty of overtime to increase your overall earnings.

The Role

Strip, repair, and install motors, generators, pumps, and gearboxes
Travel to customer sites approximately once a week in a pool vehicle
Liaise with the Workshop Coordinator to source parts
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with a 1-in-7 call-out rotaThe person
