Are you an experienced Electrician seeking a stable, long-term opportunity in Tower Hamlets? We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team, carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance and installation works across occupied residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied homes and communal areas.
  
  
• Carry out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and remedial works.
  
  
• Install, upgrade, and maintain lighting, sockets, consumer units, and other electrical components.
  
  
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.
  
  
• Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
  
  
• Liaise professionally with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
  
  

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation.
  
  
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  
  
• ECS Gold Card or equivalent (preferred).
  
  
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance work within social housing, domestic, or commercial environments.
  
  
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
