Our client is a regional housing association who are known for truly looking after their staff. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join a thriving property services team, supporting the maintenance and improvement of both occupied and vacant residential homes.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Delivering high-quality electrical services, including installations, upgrades, and repairs in a range of residential settings.

· Carrying out electrical rewires, fuse board installations, and associated work in line with current industry regulations.

· Supporting a programme of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across occupied homes and ensuring completion of remedial work with compliant certification.

· Identifying and reporting electrical faults, using a PDA system, while maintaining a safe environment for residents and colleagues.

· Conducting thorough risk assessments before every job, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

· Strong technical knowledge backed by hands-on experience and relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds.

· Up-to-date with current standards, holding the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382) and Inspection & Testing certification (C&G 2391-08).

· Previous experience working in domestic properties, particularly occupied homes.

· A customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively, including with vulnerable individuals.
