Electrician

• This is a full-time role focused on installing and maintaining air source heat pumps and solar PV systems, helping to deliver renewable, energy-efficient heating solutions for council homes.

Description

• Working for a national contractor that provides repairs and maintenance in social housing
• Complete electrical repairs and maintenance, including basic tasks in other trades where competent
• Attend appointments punctually and aim for first-time fixes
• Diagnose issues, arrange materials, and manage waste removal
• Support team performance and KPIs
• Participate in the out-of-hours emergency rota
• Mentor apprentices and support colleagues as needed

Profile

• City and Guild (Electrical) or equivalent experience (Essential)
• City and Guilds (Electrical) Inspection and Test or Equivalent Experience (Essential)
• Relevant Electrical qualification for the repair, installation and maintenance of electrical systems (Essential)
• Full UK Driving licence
