Job Description - Electrician

LED Lighting
C&G or NVQ Qualified
Electrician

Electrician (Permanent)

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of electrical work — from installations and upgrades to testing, fault-finding, and essential maintenance — helping us keep our sites safe, efficient, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical maintenance and new installations (single & three-phase).
Test, inspect, and certify distribution boards and fixed wiring.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs on internal and external systems.
Install and maintain LED and emergency lighting systems.
Read and follow site plans and schematic drawings accurately.
Liaise with specialist contractors to ensure top-quality service.
Take part in seasonal shift patterns and on-call rota.

Knowledge & Skills:

Recognised C&G NVQ qualifications.
BS7671 18th Edition certification.
C&G 2391 (or equivalent C&G 2394/2395) in inspection, testing & certification.
Proven electrician experience.
Full clean driving licence.
