We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join our busy In-House Repairs Team in Coalville.

This is a fantastic chance to work on a variety of projects including installations, testing, and maintenance across occupied and vacant properties.

Job Title: Electrician

Employment Type: Contract
Location: Coalville
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £24 per hour

Candidate Responsibilities for the Electrician As our ideal Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out all electrical works to the highest standards in line with current regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
Completing assigned tasks efficiently within set deadlines.
Coordinating effectively with the Asset Management Support Team to ensure smooth scheduling.
Properly using and maintaining all issued tools, accessories, and equipment.
Following strict Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Conducting electrical testing and inspections, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
Performing re-wiring, repairs, and maintenance work across various properties.Candidate Requirements for the Electrician
Full UK driving license and own transport, with business insurance cover.
Minimum of two years' experience, with references held by the agency, including one from your most recent employer.
Previous re-wire experience preferred.
Up-to-date training certificates in:
Working at Height
Manual Handling
Asbestos Awareness
COSHH Training
Essential skills include electrical testing and inspection.
