Salary: £46,000 £54,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

Were looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician who takes pride in fault-finding and solving electrical problems properly not just quickly. If youre Level 3 qualified, hold your 2391 (or equivalent) certification, and have at least four years of hands-on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing property maintenance company in London.

About the Role

Youll be carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair work across both residential and commercial properties in London. The focus will be on fault-finding, diagnostics, and ensuring all electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Youll be working independently on-site, with access to a strong support team wholl ensure you have everything you need to do your best work.

• Salary: £46,000 £54,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Duties

• Fault-finding, testing, inspection, and repair of electrical systems

• Performing periodic testing and certification (EICR)

• Ensuring all electrical work meets current regulations and standards

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and safely

• Completing accurate reports and paperwork for each job

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach

Key Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential)

• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) (essential)

• Minimum of 4 years experience as an Electrician

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
