Salary: £38.000 - £40.000 + 5% bonus (Achieved last 6 years running company wide) + call out 1 week out of 4 (£230 fee + £50 each call out) OTE £44000-£46000.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Electrician required to join a busy maintenance contract working on tenanted Social Housing properties between Yeovil and Exeter. This is a customer-focused role where you'll be surrounded by a supportive team who share a commitment to delivering an excellent service. Work is scheduled by a central team to ensure a manageable travel radius and productive day.

Key responsibilities:

Domestic installation within live social housing

Planned and reactive maintenance

Customer facing role

Repairs within kitchens and bathrooms

Testing refits

Requirements for an electrician:

Test and Inspect 2391
18th Edition
AM2
Full UK drivers license
NVQ Level 3 installation (Or equivalent)
