Salary: £23.00 - £24.00 per hour

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.

As an Electrician, you will carry out a variety of electrical repairs, maintenance tasks, and upgrades, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, right first time, and within the allocated time.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties, including small fittings, wiring rectification works, full upgrades, heating upgrades, fault finding, and EICRs.
Using a PDA device to complete timesheets and worksheets detailing work undertaken and materials used.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
City & Guilds 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred)
AM2 (Preffered)
Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
Own set of tools
