Job Title: Qualified Electrician – Kitchen Rewires - Immediate Start Required 

Location: North London (Social Housing)
Rate: £400 per Kitchen – Price Work
Contract: Self-Employed CIS

We are looking for a qualified electrician to carry out kitchen rewires in social housing properties across North London.

Scope of Works:

New cooker radial

New kitchen ring main

Replace light fixture

Replace or install carbon/heat alarm

Replace or install extractor fan

Run new cables from consumer unit to kitchen in trunking

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

18th Edition

ECS/JIB Card

Own tools and transport

Experience in domestic / social housing works preferred

Pay: £400 per completed kitchen
