ELECTRICIAN

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading building maintenance organisation who delivery exceptional services throughout the UK with regards to planned maintenance for residential properties

As such we are looking to recruit a number of Electricians to support this and many more of our clients

ELECTRICIAN – The Role

* Perform routine electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades in commercial properties.

* Install and maintain a wide range of electrical systems including extractor fans, lighting, power sockets, distribution boards, heating systems, and fire alarm systems.

* Ensure all electrical work meets current regulations and industry standards for full compliance.

* Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, always maintaining a safe working environment.

* Collaborate effectively with other trades, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

* Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach while on-site.

ABOUT YOU

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection and Testing) – preferred.

* Proven experience in commercial or residential electrical work.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Strong understanding of current electrical safety standards and building regulations.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
