Electrician - Culham, Oxfordshire

Location: Culham, Oxfordshire (100% site-based)
Rate: Up to £35.00 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Contract: Until June 2027
Start: ASAP

We are recruiting for 2 Electricians to support ongoing electrical installation works on a major industrial site in Culham. This is a long-term opportunity working within a busy industrial environment, carrying out a variety of installation, commissioning, maintenance and fault-finding activities.

The Role

Carry out electrical installation works across the site
Commission, test and inspect electrical systems
Undertake fault finding, maintenance and repairs
Work safely in accordance with site procedures and current electrical regulations
Collaborate with the wider project team to deliver works safely and efficiently

Essential Requirements

Completed Electrical Craft Apprenticeship
City & Guilds 2357 (AM2) or equivalent
18th Edition BS 7671 qualification
City & Guilds 2395 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
Previous industrial or commercial electrical experience
Ability to work safely following written safe systems of work
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Good communication and teamwork skills

Desirable

Experience working on large electrical distribution networks
Previous supervisory experience
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract on a major industrial project, with work available through to June 2027. Immediate starts are available, subject to BPSS clearance and successful onboarding
