The Company

Our client is an established electrical and heating contractor based in Sandhurst, with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality electrical services to homeowners, landlords and businesses across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and London.

The business has built an excellent reputation for professional workmanship, reliability and putting customers first. Their electrical work ranges from EICRs and fault finding through to rewires, refurbishments, consumer unit upgrades, lighting, EV charging and wider domestic installations.

Due to continued demand and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking for an experienced Electrician to join their established team.

The Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working predominantly on domestic properties across Berkshire, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

You will be trusted to work independently, dealing directly with customers and completing a variety of electrical works to a consistently high standard.

There is no large commercial site work involved, making this a great opportunity for an electrician who enjoys domestic work and prefers working on varied projects rather than being tied to one site.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out EICRs and electrical testing

*

Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues

*

Reactive electrical maintenance

*

Consumer unit and fuse board upgrades

*

Full and partial rewires

*

Electrical installation work

*

Refurbishment projects

*

General domestic electrical repairs and upgrades

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

*

Maintaining professional relationships with customers

You will be given the equipment and support required to do the job properly, while having the independence to manage your own day-to-day work.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced, reliable electrician who takes pride in their work and is confident dealing directly with customers.

You'll ideally have:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

*

18th Edition

*

At least 3 years' post-qualification experience

*

Strong experience with EICRs, testing and inspection

*

Experience with domestic electrical installations and maintenance

*

Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

Your own hand tools

*

A professional and customer-focused approach
