Electrician – EV Installation

Salary: £42,000pa
Working hours: 8:00am–5:00pm
Schedule: Planned 4–6 weeks in advance
Company van and mobile phone provided

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our clients growing team, specialising in EV charger installations.

This is a well-organised role with approximately 2 installations per day, giving you a clear and manageable workload. Your planner will be provided 4–6 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your working schedule ahead of time.

The Role

As an Electrician – EV Installation, your main responsibilities will include:

* Installing EV charging points at commercial properties

* Carrying out electrical installation, testing and commissioning

* Completing approximately 2 EV installations per day

* Working between 8:00am and 5:00pm

* Travelling to customer properties using a company van

* Ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and to a high standard

* Diagnosing and resolving installation issues where required

* Completing installation paperwork, certification and job records

* Providing professional and friendly customer service

* Working independently while following company procedures and technical standards

About You

The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced Electrician who takes pride in their work and is confident working independently.

You should be:

* A qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications including 18th edition

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

* Reliable, punctual and well organised

* Comfortable working at customer properties

* Professional and customer-focused

* Able to work independently and manage your daily workload

* Committed to safe working practices and high-quality workmanship

* Hold a full UK driving licence
