Electrician

ELECTRICIANS REQUIRED – CAMPSIE, NORTHERN IRELAND
We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for an ongoing project on a brand-new data centre development in Campsie, Northern Ireland.
We are looking for electricians with strong experience in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical installations, particularly switchgear installation and associated works.
Job Responsibilities:

Installation, positioning and connection of LV and MV switchgear.
*
Installation and termination of LV and MV cabling.
*
Cable pulling, glanding, cleating and termination.
*
Installation of containment systems, including cable tray, trunking and ladder rack.
*
Working on electrical distribution systems and associated infrastructure.
*
Assisting with the installation and connection of electrical panels, distribution boards and switchgear assemblies.
*
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical specifications.
*
Carrying out electrical installation works in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
*
Assisting with inspection, testing and commissioning activities where required.
*
Working alongside other trades and electrical teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a commercial or industrial Electrician.
*
Strong knowledge and practical experience of LV and MV electrical works.
*
Previous experience with switchgear installation and connections.
*
Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
*
Ability to read and work from electrical drawings.
*
Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
*
A strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
