We are expanding our team to support high-volume social housing reactive maintenance contracts across Birmingham.

If you are an experienced domestic electrician looking for consistent local work, this could be a great opportunity to join a fast-growing nationwide maintenance contractor.

The Role

Rate: £70 per EICR
Volume: 3-5 EICRs per day
Earning potential: £210-£280+ per day
Additional earning opportunities through remedial works and domestic first-time fixes
Status: Self-employed
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas, with routes designed to minimise travel
Materials: Fully supplied by the client

What You'll Do

Carry out high-quality EICRs across domestic social housing properties
Complete remedial works and domestic first-time fixes
Install and upgrade smoke alarms
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

Essential Requirements

18th Edition
C&G 2391 or equivalent testing qualification
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Proven social housing experience
Valid UK driving licence
Own reliable van and tools
Calibrated testing equipment
