Electrician JIB Gold Card

Permanent Position for JIB Gold Card Electrician – UK Wide.

Salary: Basic Salary up to £55k Pending Experience, Plus Paid Overtime, Plus Company Van, Plus Fuel Card, Plus Expenses, Plus 25 + 8 Bank Holidays, Plus Pension

Hexagon Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client for the permanent position of skilled and Certified JIB Gold Card Electrician to join our clients expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, hold a valid JIB Gold Card, and expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across the Retail & Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Requirements: Must be fully qualified with Certs, Must be able to travel & work the Inner/Outer London areas and where required throughout the UK, Some Occasional Nights Out required.

Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Installations:

* Conduct electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

* Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints whilst installing electrical and wiring systems including Cat5, Cat6 & Cat6a etc.

2. Maintenance and Repairs:

* Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and to ensure optimal functionality of building and equipment repairs.

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly.

3. JIB Certification:

* Maintain a valid JIB Gold certification and stay updated on industry regulations.

* Adhere to JIB Gold standards and practices in all electrical work.

4. Safety Compliance:

* Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

* Identify and mitigate potential electrical hazards.

5. Collaboration:

* Work collaboratively with other team members and departments & Customers.

* Communicate effectively with clients and provide technical support as needed.
