Electrician - Norfolk Area

Noble Recruiting have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Electrician

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across a diverse housing portfolio of approximately 4,000–5,000 properties throughout Norfolk.

Permanent Position

Salary £40,509.90 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across housing stock

* Diagnose faults and complete remedial work effectively

* Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standards

* Complete inspections, testing, and certification as required

* Deliver high-quality customer service when working in occupied properties

* Maintain accurate records of work completed

* Adhere to all health & safety procedures

Call-Out Requirements:

* Participation in an on-call rota (1 week in every 8)

* £150 payment for each call-out week

* Time and a half paid for any call-outs attended

Requirements:

* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

* Testing & Inspection qualification (preferred)

* Experience working within domestic/residential properties

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong understanding of health & safety practices

* Good communication and customer service skills
