Are you ready to lead at the heart of the action? Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a dynamic Electronic Gaming Manager to drive performance, elevate customer experience, and lead a high-energy team across our slots and e-tables operation.

In this fast-paced, customer-first environment, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things electronic gaming - maximizing profitability, analysing machine performance, and creating unforgettable moments for our guests. You’ll inspire and develop a passionate team, ensure operational excellence, and play a key role in shaping the future of our venue.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and energise a team of gaming professionals
• Drive growth in machine stake and margin efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service and player protection
• Analyse performance data to optimise machine layout and product mix
• Be a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager

• A current PML license
• Proven leadership in electronic gaming
• A passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
• A sharp eye for data and performance trends
• A commitment to responsible gaming and team development
