Actio Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Mechanical Assemblers, Electrical Wirers and Quality Inspectors to join a busy environment.

Whether you have experience in mechanical assembly, panel wiring, cable harness assembly, soldering, or electronic inspection, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Assemblers

* Mechanical assembly of electronic products and sub-assemblies

* Working from engineering drawings and assembly instructions

* Using hand and power tools

* Ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards

Wirers

* Wiring and cable assembly

* Loom and harness manufacture

* Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics

* Soldering and crimping of electrical components

Inspectors

* Visual and dimensional inspection of components and assemblies

* Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process

* Recording inspection results and non-conformances

* Ensuring products meet customer and company quality standards

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in assembly, wiring, inspection or electronics manufacturing

* Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics or work instructions

* Excellent attention to detail

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
