We can also consider flexibility around start and finish times to accommodate individual circumstances, while maintaining the contracted 37 hours per week.
Our Staverton site in Gloucestershire specialises in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic aerospace products, manufacturing and supporting critical components including thrust reverser actuation systems, valves, manifolds, pumps, reservoirs and landing gear harnesses.
Alongside this, our purpose-built 55,000 sq ft Tewkesbury facility represents an exciting new chapter in Ontic's global maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) journey. As our European MRO hub and one of Ontic's dedicated MRO Centres of Excellence, Tewkesbury is focused on delivering high-quality, manufacturer-backed repair capabilities that our customers can depend on.
Together, our Gloucestershire sites bring technical expertise, precision and innovation to the aerospace industry, helping to keep critical aircraft flying. With continued investment and growth, it's an exciting time to join Ontic, with opportunities to embrace new challenges, contribute your expertise and be part of shaping our future.
We're looking for an Electronic Technician - MRO to join our team, supporting the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aerospace components. You'll play an important role in ensuring components are repaired, tested and maintained to the required standards, helping to keep aircraft operating safely and reliably.
The role will initially be based at our Staverton site before relocating to our Tewkesbury facility at some point in 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your technical skills to an established operation before becoming part of our growing Tewkesbury site, helping to shape the future of our maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities.
This is a hands-on role where you'll apply your electronics knowledge, fault-finding abilities and attention to detail to diagnose, repair and test electronic components. Whether you already have practical component-level fault-finding experience or bring strong theoretical electronics knowledge, we're interested in the skills and potential you can bring to the team.
Desirable: Previous aerospace or aviation experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. We also welcome transferable experience from roles such as Assembly Technician, Repair Technician, Fitter, Assembler or Tester.
