This role would suit an Electronics Design Engineer or similar with PCB design experience, knowledge of analogue and digital electronics, and a passion for designing, testing and developing real hardware within an innovative engineering environment.
In this role, the successful candidate will design schematic diagrams and multi-layer PCB layouts, develop analogue and digital electronic systems, build and test prototypes, troubleshoot hardware, support manufacturing, and work closely with software, mechanical and customer teams to deliver high-performance engineering solutions.
The Role:
Designing schematic diagrams and multi-layer PCB layouts using KiCad or similar Developing analogue, power and digital electronic systems for robotics and automation Building, testing and troubleshooting prototypes using laboratory equipment Working alongside software and mechanical engineers throughout product development Supporting design for manufacture (DFM/DFA) and production readiness Flexitime, profit sharing and free daily lunchesThe Person:
Electronics Design Engineer or similar background PCB design experience using KiCad or similar CAD software Knowledge of analogue, power and digital electronics Experience with embedded systems or C/C++ firmware (preferred) Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsReference Number: BBBH26719
