Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer with a passion for innovation and product development? We’re looking for a detail-driven individual to join our team and play a key role in designing, testing, and delivering high-quality electronic systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop PCBs and electrical circuits for new and existing products
• Select components and ensure compliance with EMC and LVD regulations
• Conduct long-term product testing, fault finding, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and software developers
• Write test specifications, wiring diagrams, and maintain detailed design documentation
• Support suppliers and manufacturers to ensure correct build standards
• Provide in-house technical support and training to internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic engineering, with a strong focus on product development
• Proven experience in designing PCB boards and working on end-to-end engineering projects
• Practical understanding of EMC and LVD standards
• Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with lighting control systems is a plus
