This role involves working on innovative electronic and electrical circuit designs for new product development projects, focusing on areas such as DALI driver design, Bluetooth interface communication devices, and more. • Design PCBs for integration into new and existing systems, including various control modules and communication devices.
• Select components for circuit designs and maintain accurate records.
• Set up long-term testing of new products, continually evaluating performance and capability.
• Train Commissioning Engineers on products and manage in-house and field testing of new product developments (NPDs).
• Ensure electronics design complies with specific regulations and standards (e.g., EMC, LVD).
• Manage R&D lab, organise prototypes, and maintain high standards in documentation and product testing.

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in designing and testing electronic circuits, ideally within lighting control systems or similar fields.
• Proficiency in creating PCB schematics, component selection, and layout design.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as EMC and LVD.
• Experience with software or firmware testing in embedded systems is advantageous.
