Electronics Engineer

Our client, a growing and innovative organisation near Lymington, is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge product development used in advanced industries worldwide, within a flexible and collaborative environment.

You'll be involved across the full product lifecycle-concept, design, testing, and final delivery-contributing to the development of both new and existing technologies.

• Design of low-power analogue and digital electronic systems

• Schematic capture and hardware development from concept to manufacture

• Fault-finding and root cause analysis on existing equipment

• Conduct FMEA and MTBF assessments

• Obsolescence management and liaison with test houses

• Define and execute test strategies across development stages

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain technical documentation

• Degree-qualified in Electronics Engineering or similar

• Experience with system-level design and embedded system development

• Working knowledge of EMC compliance and certifications

• Use of simulation tools for design validation

• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support junior engineers

• Salary: Up to £75,000, depending on experience

• Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
