Job Description - Electronics Test Engineer

Holt Executive are partnered with a high-tech, and highly innovative Space solutions leader that are focused on the design, development and support of electronics-based systems, spanning products for satellite simulation and test, Electrical Ground Support Equipment, TT&C, TM/TC systems, modems, and data processing systems.

Our partner is seeking a Test Engineer to support with the integration and testing of their products.

Key Responsibilities for the Test Engineer:

Testing products at Module (PCB), Sub-assembly, Unit, and System Level using pre-defined procedures.
System integration and configuration control/management.
Developing and validating Python-based automated test scripts and corresponding test procedures.
Investigation and troubleshooting hardware/system anomalies.
Defining and implementing new test setups and environments.
Documenting test environments.
Translating customer/user requirements into test specifications/procedures in collaboration with the hardware and software engineers.
Prepare comprehensive test reports and support in the preparation of delivery data packages.

Key Skills & Experience for the Test Engineer:

Education (Senior Secondary Vocational Education) in Electronics, or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generators).
Knowledge/experience in RF (radio frequency) would be an advantage.
Knowledge/experience in the development and maintenance of automated test environments would be an advantage.
Experience within the Space or Aerospace industry is an advantage.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Fluency in English.

The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the EU/EEA.

This opportunity is an onsite position in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
