The Role:

  Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Physical Education department, developing and implementing a comprehensive and innovative curriculum that meets the needs of all students.

Candidate Profile:

  Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Physical Education.

  Leadership Experience: Demonstrate successful leadership experience in a PE department or similar setting.

  Subject Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of physical education pedagogy, coaching techniques, and health-related fitness.
