Salary up to £29,600
6 month fixed term contract to permanent
Brighton / Hybrid
2 days office based and 3 from home

Talent Hub are delighted to working with a local Brighton based company in the learning sector who are growing their email marketing team. You will create and deliver a wide range of email communications through their bespoke CRM, driving engagement and interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Development, delivery and evaluation of CRM and direct email communications.
Create email communications supporting with design and content creation.
Support with the development of their email marketing strategy.
Monitor the performance of email marketing campaigns using analytics tools, as well as Google Analytics.
Use Excel to segment email data when required and be able to analyse and review campaign reports.

What you will need:

Previous experience in a CRM or Email Marketing role with knowledge of email automation.
Some experience in HTML and good working knowledge of Excel.
Experienced in copywriting for a wide variety of email content.
Fantastic organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple CRM campaigns.
Some Social Media skills and experience of working to brand guidelines.
