Location | Workplace Policy: 3 days in Liverpool office
Salary: £25k-£28k (DOE) + perks

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our client’s rapidly expanding digital team within the Merseyside area.

As an industry-leading tech-savvy company that has more than 40 years of experience and over 1 million customers already regularly using their products, a successful applicant will operate as an integral part of the brand’s marketing department and will help construct a robust CRM system through the brand’s email and content activities.

With social media accounting for 25% of this role and email as a channel being worth £2m per year in revenue, this role is a great career step perfect for a Marketing figure looking to optimise a brand’s targeted email communications and deliver value.

What are some of the things that you’ll be doing?

Oversee all aspects of the email and online promotional activity including (but not limited to): budget, planning, development and reporting
Remain aware of the wider industry and competitors and ensure relevant tools/strategies are being implemented to push you further ahead of the industry
Evaluate the brand’s triggered and behavioural email campaigns and look at ways to optimise
Take ownership of database segmentation strategies and ensure it aligns with business aims
Manage an Email & Content Executive and ensure you are both presenting ROI on commercial campaigns and cost-effective developments
Provide regular reports that go against KPIs, Profitability, demand etc.
Every season, oversee the online promotional plan, content requirements, and social media (Facebook and Instagram).
Create content for customer landing pages and blogs
In collaboration with the in-house design, merchandising, and buying teams, ensure full support for promotional activities
Work alongside external agencies across SEO and CRO campaigns with the aim being to improve visibility of websites and improve customer’s journeys

What are some of the key skills you’ll need in this position?

Highly methodical worker that possess a naturally commercially driven mindset
Strong working knowledge of excel
Excellent communication, copywriting and presentation abilities that can create content and internal briefs
Comfortable working under strict deadlines
Prior experience in delivering retail email campaigns and customer communications
Stellar knowledge of email CRM
Exemplary leader that can oversee team members and guide when necessary
