Join our client as a Senior Email Marketing Executive and take ownership of digital communications across multiple European markets. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing highly effective email and SMS marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience that enhances customer engagement and increases sales both in-store and online.

Based in Bracknell, this role offers a salary of up to £45,000, and flexible working arrangements (3 days per week in office), with occasional travel to engage with stakeholders and attend events. You’ll join a collaborative team with a fun head office environment, supporting a thriving business in the Hair & Beauty industry in its peak trading season.

Key Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute strategic email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
• Manage automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies to improve customer experience and ROI.
• Work closely with social media and CRM teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach.
• Analyse campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and on-brand digital content, collaborating with design and content teams.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within retail or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and CRM-driven campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns for success.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a strong understanding of customer behaviour within this market.
