Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Embroidery Machine / DTF Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machines - Tajima to produce high-quality branded workwear. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and experience in sewing or warehouse environments to develop their skills within a dynamic and supportive workplace.

Duties

* Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules

* Load fabrics, stabilisers, and threads accurately to ensure precise stitching results

* Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards

* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance

* Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring all items meet quality requirements

* Maintain organised workstations and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements

* Previous experience in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting preferred

* Basic sewing skills or familiarity with textile handling is advantageous

* Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality embroidered products

* Ability to operate embroidery machinery safely and efficiently

* Organised, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

* Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving production processes
