Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Innovation, and Insights leads to address evolving commercial capability needs.
Serve as a bridge between Area and Market teams, ensuring co‑creation, alignment and successful adoption of capability initiatives.
Partner with Global Capability and HR teams to align with enterprise learning frameworks and digital learning tools.
Future Evolution of the Role
As commercial capabilities evolve, the Capability Manager will increasingly leverage technology—AI-driven learning platforms, digital coaching tools, and predictive analytics— to scale learning and personalise development. The role will shift from training delivery to capability orchestration, embedding learning into everyday workflows and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation across the region.
