Job Description - EMEA Finance Manager

A fast-growing group with operations globally are seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to oversee the EMEA region. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
You’ll report into the Finance Controller and will take full ownership of management accounts and financial operations across all EMEA entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of monthly management accounts for multiple EMEA entities
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, project revenue and cost accruals
Manage prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, tax accounts, and HP agreements
Bank and intercompany reconciliations
Review payroll journals and VAT submissions (with external advisors)
Liaise with external partners on corporate tax and statutory accounts
Prepare year-end files to trial balance level and support group audit process
Input and manage foreign exchange rates
Drive process improvement using the Company’s ERP system and other tools
Partner with both finance and operational teams to improve reporting and control

Skills & Experience Desired:

Fully or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT)
Strong understanding of VAT across EMEA and Corporation Tax
Experience working with international entities (particularly in EMEA)
Confident Excel user with strong data manipulation skills
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
