Our strategic focus is on driving growth, leveraging innovation and building capability across our global network towards diverse customer base - end-users, EPCs, integrators, OEMs and distributors.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nJob Summary \n \nBusiness partner with Plant controller and Plant managers, ensuring business processes are adhered to \nand leads real-time financial performance monitoring, predictability and improvements.\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the region. Reports to the GEIS EMEA FP\u0026A Lead Operations.\n\nJob Responsibilities \n \n\n\n * Support with Financial budgeting, forecasting and planning for GEIS EMEA manufacturing operations. \n * Analysing previous budgets /forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies. \n * Contribute towards the annual budget round process, for example through analysis of data and preparation of budget meetings. \n * Support with month end reporting and analysis on key P\u0026L line items. \n * Understand and become change agents of any new processes and tools that are being implemented. \n * Review and analyse P\u0026L\u2019s and general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy. \n * Work collaboratively and analytically with other members of the FP\u0026A team and GEIS finance community. \n * Plant support defining and understanding standard cost for the new year. \n * Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work project assignment within specified deadlines. \n * Contribute to process improvement to support standardization and simplification. \n * Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. \n * Other ad hoc support to the GEIS FP\u0026A team\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * ACA, ACCA, CIMA part qualified or qualified by experience within appropriate degree\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Previous experience within a manufacturing plant.\n * The annual planning/budgeting process, including experience consolidating inputs from multiple locations in multiple currencies will be an advantage. \n * Have a strong background in product manufacturing, understanding machine run rates, production capacity, operational KPIs etc\n * Advanced excel and modelling capabilities.\n * Knowledge of SAP, Encore, Hyperion HFM beneficial.\n * Experience of business partnering and working with challenging stakeholders.\n * Strong communication and problem solving skills \n \n\n\n\n\n## What We Offer:\n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package \nWe make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible \nWe make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\n\n\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
