EMEA ISV Marketing Strategy: Own and execute the marketing strategy for the EMEA ISV program, with a primary focus on our most strategic partners. Drive Partner GTM: Drive the growth and marketing maturity (Capacity and Capability) of our ISV community through strategic GTM programs and initiatives. Strategic Advisor: Act as the primary strategic advisor for key ISVs, guiding them on how to best build their solutions, market them effectively, and sell alongside Zebra. Tiered Engagement Model: Deploy and adapt our Partner engagement models to effectively scale marketing efforts and apply the right resources across our diverse ISV community. Demand Generation: Design and implement a variety of joint demand generation activities, including digital campaigns, webinars, and content marketing, that deliver a measurable return on investment (ROI). Internal Collaboration \u0026 Support: Work closely with the channel sales team and provide critical support and guidance for our Field Marketing Managers (FMM), Channel Marketing Managers (CMM), and Distribution partners to ensure seamless program execution. Value Proposition: Create compelling joint value propositions and messaging that articulate the unique benefits of Zebra\u0027s solutions combined with our partners\u0027 software. Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong preference for experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing within the technology/software sector. ISV Ecosystem: Proven experience working with or for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) is highly desirable. Marketing Expertise: Demonstrable expertise across a range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing. Tiered Programs: Experience deploying tiered partner programs or frameworks Proactive \u0026 Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proven ability to lead, manage multiple projects, set clear goals, and drive to completion in a fast-paced environment. Relationship \u0026 Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport, influence, and act as a credible advisor to partners and internal stakeholders. Education: Bachelor\u0027s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
